Where can I buy Blaze On Me pieces?

You can shop on our online store here, or at our upcoming stockists. We also open pop-up shops from time to time.

Who designs the collections?

Our collections are designed by a team of highly skilled designers with Master's degrees in Fashion Design. One of our designers also completed professional training under renowned Indian fashion designer Manish Malhotra. Their expertise helps us create garments that combine craftsmanship, elegance, and modern style."

Where do you make your pieces?

Our pieces are manufactured in both the UK and overseas primarily in India, with each factory and region specialising in specific pieces.

Where is my order / how do I track it?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking link by email or SMS. You can use this link to track your order and view the latest delivery updates.

What materials do you use?

Premium, unique fabrics selected for feel and longevity, including GOTS-certified organic cottons for our Suits.

What's your approach towards sustainability?

We always focus on quality instead of quantity with our products and make sure this is a core brand concept that is always adhered to. our collections are all released in limited quantities to avoid mass production, allowing us to be a sustainable brand and with designs that can be worn many years over due to their quality and timeless design. We also try to keep all our collections to mainly use natural fibres and materials and we are currently changing all of our packahing over to be eco, recyclable materials and to move away from plastics.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Blaze On Me accepts all major payment options and these are processed by Stripe, one of the largest payment processors in the world. you can pay via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Klarna and Clearpay as well as country specific payment methods such as iDeal for the Netherlands.

Can I use more than one discount code?

There is a limit of one code per order unless stated otherwise. Discount codes do not apply on sale items.

My discount code isn’t working

Please note that discount codes are not applicable to sale items or certain exclusive collections. Please note also that promo codes are issued with a time limit, so if yours isn't working, it's likely the code has expired or the promotion has ended.

Check spelling, expiry, minimum spend and exclusions (e.g. limited drops). If it still won’t apply, contact us before ordering.

Can I change my address or cancel my order.

You can request a delivery address change by contacting us within a few hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed.

Order cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of placing the order. Once this period has passed, the order cannot be cancelled.

How do your sizes fit?

Our sizing is developed using industry-standard garment measurements and body-size data inspired by studies such as India's Size India survey, which analyzed body measurements across different regions of the country. We use this information together with our own fit testing to create sizes that provide a comfortable and consistent fit for most customers.
